By registering an account, accessing the platform, uploading artwork, purchasing a Service, using any LabriniHouse tool, or otherwise using the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

6. USER CONTENT — SOLE USER RESPONSIBILITY
IMPORTANT
Users are solely and exclusively responsible for all User Content that they upload, submit, publish, display, transmit or otherwise make available through LabriniHouse.
This includes responsibility for:
Ownership.
Copyright.
Trademark rights.
Design rights.
Originality.
Authenticity.
Accuracy.
Legality.
Permissions.
Licenses.
Privacy rights.
Publicity rights.
Third-party rights.
Commercial claims.
Descriptions and statements made about the artwork.
LabriniHouse, Christodoulakis Stelios, and the administrators, operators, employees, contractors and affiliates of LabriniHouse do not assume responsibility for the legality, ownership, originality, authenticity, accuracy, copyright status, trademark status, privacy implications or commercial consequences of User Content uploaded by users, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring that they have all rights, permissions, licenses and authorizations required to upload, publish, reproduce, distribute, promote or commercially exploit their User Content.
LabriniHouse does not guarantee that any User Content is:
Original.
Lawful.
Non-infringing.
Accurate.
Authentic.
Commercially viable.
Suitable for sale.
Suitable for publication.
Free from third-party rights.
The publication of User Content on LabriniHouse does not constitute verification, endorsement, certification or approval of that content by LabriniHouse.
7. Intellectual Property Ownership
Users retain ownership of intellectual property rights that they lawfully own in their User Content.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of a user’s artwork to LabriniHouse.
By uploading User Content, you grant LabriniHouse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, technically process, transmit and make available your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Services.
This license may include the right to:
Display artwork on the LabriniHouse platform.
Display artwork within the artist’s profile.
Process artwork through requested AI tools.
Generate previews.
Generate promotional material requested by the user.
Prepare social media content.
Publish content through the Social Publicator when authorized by the user.
Perform technical processing necessary for the operation and security of the platform.
This license does not grant LabriniHouse ownership of the user’s underlying artwork.
8. User Representations and Warranties
By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own the content or possess all necessary rights and permissions to use it.
You have the right to upload and publish it.
The content does not unlawfully infringe third-party rights.
The content does not unlawfully violate another person’s privacy or publicity rights.
The information supplied with the artwork is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You will comply with applicable laws.
You will not intentionally upload malicious code, malware or harmful software.
You will not use LabriniHouse to distribute unlawful material.
9. Prohibited Content and Activities
Users must not use LabriniHouse to upload, publish, transmit or promote content or conduct that:
Is unlawful.
Infringes intellectual property rights.
Violates privacy or publicity rights.
Contains unlawful personal information.
Is fraudulent or intentionally misleading.
Promotes illegal activities.
Contains malware or malicious code.
Attempts unauthorized access to the platform.
Attempts to compromise platform security.
Harasses or threatens other users.
Contains unlawful hateful or discriminatory material.
Exploits or sexually abuses minors.
Contains non-consensual intimate imagery.
Impersonates another person or organization.
Is used for scams or fraudulent schemes.
Attempts to manipulate platform systems.
Attempts to abuse AI services.
Attempts to circumvent payment or credit systems.
Violates applicable laws or these Terms.
10. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe that User Content available through LabriniHouse infringes your copyright, trademark, design right or other intellectual property right, you may report the relevant content through the available support or reporting mechanisms.
A report should provide sufficient information to identify:
The protected work or right.
The allegedly infringing content.
The location of the content on LabriniHouse.
The identity and contact information of the person submitting the report.
The reason for the complaint.
Supporting information reasonably necessary to evaluate the complaint.
LabriniHouse may investigate reported content and may restrict, remove or disable access to content where appropriate and permitted or required by applicable law.
False, fraudulent or abusive reports may themselves constitute a violation of these Terms.
Where applicable law requires specific notice-and-action procedures, LabriniHouse will operate such procedures in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
11. Illegal Content and Content Moderation
LabriniHouse may take reasonable measures concerning User Content that appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, LabriniHouse is not:
The creator of User Content.
The owner of User Content.
The seller of User Content.
The agent of a user.
The representative of a user.
A guarantor of the authenticity of User Content.
A guarantor of any transaction between users.
LabriniHouse does not automatically verify ownership, authenticity, originality, copyright status, price or commercial claims associated with User Content.
13. Artwork Sales and User Transactions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, LabriniHouse does not act as the seller of artwork uploaded by users.
Any transaction between an artist and another person is primarily between those parties.
Users are responsible for all applicable obligations concerning:
Pricing.
Taxes.
Invoicing.
Shipping.
Delivery.
Returns.
Refunds.
Product safety.
Consumer rights.
Customs.
Intellectual property.
Licensing.
Applicable commercial laws.
LabriniHouse does not guarantee that any artwork will sell or receive offers.
14. AI Tools
LabriniHouse may provide AI-powered tools including:
Development Engine.
SEO Optimizer.
Market Promotion.
Similar Market Finder.
Buyer Matching.
Buyer Simulation.
Platform Strategy.
AI Proposals Generator.
AI Image Generator.
Art Genesis.
Deco Creator.
Other AI-assisted tools introduced in the future.
AI-generated results are intended to provide creative assistance, research, analysis, inspiration and recommendations.
AI output may be:
Inaccurate.
Incomplete.
Subjective.
Outdated.
Unexpected.
Unsuitable for a particular purpose.
Users must independently review AI output before relying upon, publishing, selling, licensing or commercially exploiting it.
15. Market Analysis and Commercial Recommendations
LabriniHouse may provide AI-assisted analysis relating to:

LabriniHouse does not guarantee that an artwork will:

Receive offers.
Attract collectors.
Achieve a particular price.

Increase visibility.
Receive engagement.
Rank in search engines.
Perform successfully on a marketplace or social platform.
Actual market conditions and consumer behavior may differ substantially from AI-generated analysis.
16. Art Genesis
Art Genesis is an AI-assisted creative system intended to help artists explore artwork concepts and creative directions based on market-oriented information and user-provided inputs.
Art Genesis may provide creative assistance for categories including:
Painting.
Photography.
Digital Art.
Sculpture.
Art Genesis does not guarantee that any generated concept or artwork will be commercially successful, unique, legally protected, or suitable for sale.
Users remain responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to use any generated result.
17. Deco Creator
Deco Creator is an AI-assisted creative tool designed to help users explore decorative and 3D design concepts using market-oriented information and AI generation.
The purpose of Deco Creator is to provide inspiration and design direction based on market demand and related information.
Deco Creator does not guarantee that a generated design will sell, will be commercially successful, or will accurately predict future consumer demand.
Users remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to develop, manufacture, publish, sell or otherwise use any generated design.

AI-generated images, text, concepts, designs and other output may be generated using third-party AI technologies.
Users acknowledge that AI-generated output may resemble existing works or concepts.
LabriniHouse does not guarantee that AI-generated output:
Is unique.
Is copyrightable.
Is free from third-party rights.
Is commercially exploitable.
Does not resemble another work.
Is suitable for a particular purpose.
Users are responsible for conducting any additional intellectual property or legal checks appropriate to their intended use.
19. Comparator
The Comparator is a research and inspiration tool that may use third-party visual search technologies, including Google Lens or other external services.
Comparator results may identify visually similar images available online.
Similarity does not establish:
Copyright infringement.
Ownership.
Plagiarism.
Authorship.
Authenticity.
LabriniHouse does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party visual search results.
Users remain responsible for any legal or commercial conclusions they draw from Comparator results.
20. SEO Optimizer
The SEO Optimizer may generate:
Keywords.
Titles.
Descriptions.
Metadata suggestions.
SEO strategies.
Marketing phrases.
Search-oriented recommendations.
Search engine algorithms and ranking systems are controlled by third parties and may change at any time.
LabriniHouse does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, visibility or sales.
21. Social Publicator
The Social Publicator helps users create promotional content for social media platforms.
Supported platforms may include:
Instagram.
Facebook.
Pinterest.
X (formerly Twitter).
The Social Publicator may generate:
Captions.
Hashtags.
Promotional text.
Platform-specific content.
Presentation variations.
Live previews.
Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their content complies with the policies and terms of each social media platform.
LabriniHouse does not guarantee successful publication, engagement, reach, followers, traffic or sales.
22. Social Publicator Presentation Styles
The Social Publicator may provide presentation styles including:
Luxury.
Minimal.
Emotional.
Artistic.
These styles affect the presentation and tone of generated promotional content.
They do not constitute guarantees of marketing performance.
23. Third-Party Services
Certain LabriniHouse Services depend on third-party technologies, APIs or providers.
These may include:
AI providers.
Search engines.
Visual search services.
Social networks.
Hosting providers.
Payment processors.
Analytics providers.
Other external services.
Third-party providers may change, restrict, suspend or discontinue their services.
LabriniHouse is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, policy changes, account restrictions or other events outside its reasonable control.
24. AI & Social Publicator Package
Certain AI Tools and the Social Publicator may require activation through a dedicated paid package.
Unless otherwise stated:
Price: €10.00 per artwork.
The activation:
Applies to one specific artwork.
Does not automatically activate another artwork.
Activates the applicable AI Tools and Social Publicator associated with that artwork.
Is separate from the LabriniHouse Credits System.
Does not deduct credits from the user’s credit balance.
The exact features included in a package will be indicated at the time of purchase.
25. Credits
Certain LabriniHouse Services may use a credit-based system.
Credits:
Are intended solely for use within the Services.
Are not legal tender.
Have no cash value unless required by applicable law.
Are not transferable between users unless expressly permitted.
May not be sold or exchanged outside LabriniHouse.
May be subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
LabriniHouse may correct technical errors affecting credit balances.
Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer rights.
26. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
You represent that:
Payment information supplied by you is accurate.
You are authorized to use the payment method.

Social media reach.
Social media engagement.
Website traffic.
Marketplace visibility.
Advertising performance.
Market demand predictions.
Any reference to “potential”, “demand”, “market opportunity”, “buyer interest”, “selling potential” or similar concepts is an analytical or predictive estimate and not a promise of future performance.
32. User Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LabriniHouse, Christodoulakis Stelios, and their respective administrators, operators, employees, contractors and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and reasonable expenses arising from or relating to:
Your User Content.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable law.
Your infringement of third-party rights.
Your misuse of the Services.
Unauthorized use of another person’s content.
Disputes arising from your transactions.
Your commercial activities.
Your use of AI-generated output.
This obligation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or shifted to the user.
33. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LabriniHouse and Christodoulakis Stelios shall not be liable for losses arising from:
User Content.
User-to-user disputes.
Third-party intellectual property claims arising from User Content.
Incorrect AI analysis.
Incorrect market predictions.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory statutory rights.

Consumers retain any mandatory rights available under applicable law concerning courts, alternative dispute resolution and other complaint mechanisms.

LabriniHouse provides technological, analytical, creative and promotional assistance rather than guaranteed commercial outcomes.
Your artistic vision remains your responsibility. LabriniHouse provides the technology, tools, information and creative assistance intended to help you develop and promote your work.
By continuing to use LabriniHouse, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
